Lapor Kemenag is a mobile-based application (Android & iOS) developed to improve the services of all units under the Ministry of Religious Affairs. The Lapor Kemenag application allows the public to provide direct feedback and suggestions by providing explanations based on text, images, and even videos. The existence of Lapor Kemenag is expected to become a means of improving electronic-based services towards good government. This application was developed while working as a mobile developer at Imp Studio, which collaborated directly with the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Indonesia.
