SIMAYA Correspondence Application project was part of my freelance work in 2019, where I was engaged as a third-party developer to enhance and maintain an existing system used by the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
My role focused on rewriting parts of the application and implementing additional features to improve performance and usability. Built using Java for Android, the application supports a wide range of correspondence functionalities, including managing incoming letters, handling dispositions, forwarding documents to relevant officials, and organizing outgoing correspondence.
Through this project, I contributed to making the system more efficient, reliable, and aligned with the operational needs of government communication workflows.
